About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) Specialist to join our team at Mondelēz International. As an HSE Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the health, safety, and well-being of our employees and stakeholders in the Nordic region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expert advice and guidance on HSE matters to management and employees.
  • Develop and implement HSE policies, procedures, and programs to ensure compliance with local and international regulations.
  • Conduct risk assessments and develop strategies to mitigate potential hazards.
  • Investigate incidents and near-misses, and implement corrective actions to prevent reoccurrence.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to promote a culture of safety and well-being.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure HSE considerations are integrated into business decisions.
  • Monitor and report on HSE performance metrics and trends.

Requirements

  • Deep knowledge of Swedish work environment legislation and preferably in one more of the countries for which you will be working for.
  • A relevant university degree within HR, HSE or equivalent training and experience that the Mondelēz deems equivalent. Preferably also a certification within HSE (Nebosh or equivalent).
  • Several years of experience working with Systematic Work Environment Management (SAM) and HSE.
  • Very good verbal and written communication skills in Swedish, English and preferably one more language, spoken in the countries you will be working for.
  • An ability to inspire and cooperate with others at all levels, both internally and externally.
