This pivotal position within Logistics Finance focuses on a specific cluster of countries in the MEU region. Your role will involve ensuring that essential processes are executed efficiently and effectively, collaborating with the Centre of Excellence and the Area controller to deliver precise and auditable outcomes. The primary responsibility will be to oversee the CS&L Shipping P&L components (Inbound, Outbound, Warehousing, Co-packing, and Waste) to meet cost objectives and advance the productivity agenda.

Key Responsibilities

You will:

Oversee and implement elements of financial planning and performance management processes, including Strategic Plan and Annual Contract planning/forecasting, target setting, financial performance reporting/analysis, financial modeling, and decision support for a specific scope within a region, business unit, or corporate finance team. You will be responsible for data collection and ensuring data accuracy. Collaborate with local operational teams, providing top-tier financial support through comprehensive analysis, reporting, and constructive challenge. Maintain a robust controls and compliance framework within your area of responsibility, ensuring adherence to our policies and accounting standards. Assist senior management and the business in preparing critical financial insights that inform strategic business decisions. Lead initiatives aimed at enhancing efficiencies and improving operational processes, fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Contribute to a high-performing Finance team, focusing on personal growth and the development of Finance colleagues while promoting our Finance talent agenda within the organization.

Qualifications

TECHNICAL PROFICIENCY in financial planning and performance management, including data collection, structuring, analysis, and reporting of financial performance across all key performance indicators and investment decisions to achieve financial objectives. BUSINESS INSIGHT and a solid understanding of the consumer packaged goods sector and local snacking market dynamics, with relevant experience in a regional or local context. LEADERSHIP CAPABILITIES, including experience in business partnering and effective communication skills across a large regional or local public organization. INNOVATIVE THINKING and the ability to identify and capitalize on opportunities while leveraging technology to enhance operational efficiency. INTEGRITY and sound judgment in all decisions and interactions, aligned with our values, policies, and external regulations.
