This pivotal role within the Logistics Finance sector encompasses a specific cluster of countries within the MEU region. Your responsibility will be to ensure that essential processes are executed efficiently and effectively, collaborating with the Centre of Excellence and the Area controller to provide auditable and precise processes and outcomes. The primary focus of this position is to take full ownership of the CS&L Shipping Profit and Loss lines (Inbound, Outbound, Warehousing, Co-packing, and Waste) to guarantee that cost objectives are met while advancing the productivity agenda.

Key Responsibilities

You will:

Oversee and implement components of financial planning and performance management processes, along with related financial decisions, which may include Strategic Planning and Annual Contract forecasting, target setting, financial performance reporting/analysis, financial modeling, and decision support for a specific scope within a region, business unit, country, Supply Chain, Mondelēz International Business Services, or Corporate Finance team. You will be responsible for data collection and ensuring data integrity. Collaborate with local operational teams to provide top-tier financial support through exceptional analysis, reporting, and constructive challenge. Maintain a robust controls and compliance framework within your area of responsibility, ensuring adherence to our policies and accounting standards. Assist senior management and the business in preparing critical financial data and insights that inform business strategies and decisions. Lead initiatives aimed at enhancing efficiencies and improving operational methodologies, fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Contribute to a high-performing Finance team, while also investing in personal growth and the development of Finance colleagues, driving our Finance talent agenda within the organization.

TECHNICAL EXPERTISE in financial planning and performance management, including data collection and structuring, analyzing, planning, and reporting on company financial performance across all financial KPIs and investment decisions, as well as cost management to meet financial targets. BUSINESS ACUMEN and a comprehensive understanding of our industry, consumer packaged goods, and local snacking market dynamics, with relevant experience in a regional/local business context. LEADERSHIP SKILLS, including experience in business partnering and effective communication across a large regional or local public company. A GROWTH/DIGITAL MINDSET, with the ability to identify and execute opportunities while leveraging technology to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness. INTEGRITY and sound judgment in all decisions and interactions, aligned with our values, policies, and external regulations.

The responsibilities of this position are conducted within the framework of a regional business model defined and managed by Mondelēz Europe GmbH, Switzerland.
