About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Demand Planning Manager to join our team at Mondelez International. As a key member of our commercial organization, you will be responsible for overseeing demand planning and fulfillment activities for our Mondelez categories across the Nordics region.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the demand management agenda for the category, serving as the primary interface between commercial and supply teams to identify and evaluate potential availability issues and commercial changes.
- Partner with the modeling team to generate statistical forecasting and drive continuous improvement in demand planning processes.
- Manage and develop a team of demand planning professionals.
- Review standard consumption versus forecast at the customer and total product levels, collaborating with replenishment and sales revenue planning teams to mitigate potential availability issues.
- Drive strong linkages with commercial, customer collaboration, modeling, order fulfillment, and supply planning teams, including innovation and equity.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve demand planning capabilities and drive business growth.
Requirements
- Comprehensive experience in supply chain, economics, finance, or logistics, with a strong understanding of commercial awareness in a fast-moving consumer goods or consumer packaged goods environment.
- Ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive key priorities.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, analytical skills, and verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of leading practice demand planning and end-to-end supply chain concepts.
