About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Demand Planning Specialist to join our team at Mondelēz International. As a key member of the supply chain team, you will be responsible for overseeing demand planning and fulfillment activities for our Mondelez categories across the Nordics Commercial Unit.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the demand management agenda for the category, working closely with commercial and supply teams to identify and evaluate potential availability issues and commercial changes.
  • Partner with the modeling team to generate statistical forecasting and develop plans to mitigate potential risks.
  • Manage, coach, and develop a team of demand planning professionals.
  • Review standard consumption versus forecast at the customer and total product levels, collaborating with replenishment and sales revenue planning teams to manage potential availability issues.
  • Drive strong linkages with commercial, customer collaboration, modeling, order fulfillment teams, and supply planning, including innovation and equity.
  • Drive continuous capability building in the demand planning team for planning improvement.

Requirements

  • Comprehensive supply chain, economic, financial, or logistics experience and commercial awareness in a fast-moving consumer goods or consumer packaged goods environment.
  • Ability to learn new ways of working and use new tools.
  • Experience driving demand review and participation in an IBP cycle.
  • Able to influence cross-functional teams and improve the plan.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, analytical skills, and verbal and written communication skills.
