Job Summary

The Capital Projects Manager will be responsible for managing the detailed planning, development, and execution of capital projects within our supply chain. This role requires technical expertise across various engineering disciplines and the ability to lead cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and deliver the capital and technical agenda for mid to large-scale capital investment projects.
  • Develop accurate budgets and plans, ensuring fit-for-purpose technical solutions are provided.
  • Ensure that engineering developments and standards are implemented, and state-of-the-art processes and equipment strategies are developed and rolled out.
  • Manage several capital project executions in parallel, ensuring quality and results meet Mondelēz standards.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Significant engineering and operations experience.
  • Project management skills, with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams and influence key stakeholders.
  • Technical expertise across engineering disciplines, with high expertise in one or more domains.

What We Offer
