Vi söker en engagerad och visionär Head of Engineering till vår enhet XR & Innovation. Vi letar efter en ledare som kombinerar teknisk expertis med strategisk förmåga och som drivs av en passion för framväxande teknologier. Du kommer att spela en nyckelroll i att bygga upp vår enhet och påverka dess riktning.

Dina Huvudsakliga Ansvarsområden

- Ledarskap: Du kommer att skapa en innovativ och trygg arbetsmiljö som främjar lärande och samarbete. I rollen ingår att rekrytera och leda ett team av utvecklare, arkitekter och tekniska projektledare inom webb, app- och produktutveckling.
- Teknisk expertis: Vi värdesätter din erfarenhet inom både front-end och back-end teknologier, särskilt inom HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, React, Node.js, Python och .NET. Även kunskaper inom databaser som MySQL, MongoDB och SQL Server samt molntjänster som AWS, Azure och Google Cloud är meriterande.
- Innovation och utveckling: Har du erfarenhet av AI och maskininlärning är det ett plus, men det viktigaste är din vilja att driva innovation och tillämpa nya tekniker för att skapa banbrytande lösningar.
- Affärsutveckling och kundrelationer: Vi söker dig som har erfarenhet av att utveckla affärer och vårda kundrelationer. Du bör kunna förstå marknadens behov och omsätta dem till tekniska lösningar som skapar värde.

Din Bakgrund

- En solid akademisk grund inom datavetenskap eller relaterat område
- Stark analytisk förmåga och problemlösning är avgörande för att lyckas i rollen.
- Flytande svenska och engelska för att kunna kommunicera effektivt med både team och internationella partners.
- Erfarenhet från konsultbranschen och tidigare arbete i en entreprenöriell miljö är meriterande.
