About the Job

This role blends technical leadership—working with our data platform, infrastructure, and tech stack—with strategic efforts to ensure that data is leveraged effectively to support business and product development.

  • Identify and prioritize data use cases in collaboration with product teams, Länsbolagen, and LF AB, ensuring that data is used to support business development and product improvements.
  • Conduct workshops and training initiatives to enhance data understanding and adoption across the organization.
  • Develop and execute a data strategy and roadmap, working closely with the leadership team, architects, and other stakeholders to prioritize efforts based on business value and efficiency.

You will work closely with our Analytics Engineer and tech team to develop and maintain our data platform, ensuring it evolves to meet future needs in a cost-efficient and scalable way. At the same time, you will be responsible for creating a data strategy together with leadership, product teams, and external stakeholders, ensuring that data insights help drive informed decisions.
