About the role
Tietoevry Care is the leading provider of healthcare data and analytics software and AI solutions in the Nordics and beyond. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced product marketing professional to join our team. In this newly established role, you will be responsible for driving the positioning, messaging and product marketing for our Lifecare-branded data, AI and analytics offering. You will report to the Head of Marketing and Communications, Tietoevry Care, and in matrix to the Head of Business Development, Data-driven Care.
You will work closely with our Data Driven Care business unit leaders and product management, as well as colleagues in sales, marketing and communications, to define and communicate our products’ unique value propositions and generate compelling content. You have a proven track record of creating impressive product storylines and messaging for a diverse professional audience, preferably in the health and care or similar B2B setting.
In this role your main responsibilities will be
Content creation and messaging:
- Create and oversee production of marketing content, including, among other assets, customer use cases, white papers, product demos, and presentations.
- Develop messaging frameworks and sales collateral to communicate product benefits, ensuring alignment with brand tone and strategic goals.
Planning and execution:
- Drive product marketing planning and execution for new product launches and feature releases for Tietoevry’s Data-Driven Care portfolio.
- Develop positioning, messaging, and value propositions that differentiate our Data-Driven Care products in the care software market.
- Collaborate with the product and sales teams to ensure alignment of product roadmap with market needs and customer feedback.
- Support Marketing Operations and Communications as they create impactful campaigns, communications and PR activities that drive awareness, lead generation, and product adoption.
Enabling Product Management and Sales:
- Work closely with product management and sales to understand needs and provide training and materials that support product positioning and differentiation.
- Conduct training and coaching to ensure consistent messaging across customer touch points.
We are looking for someone with:
- Proven track record of creating and executing effective B-to-B product marketing plans, content and managing product launches.
- Experience in working with international, cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- A suitable degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in product marketing, with at least 3 years in B2B or Business to Public Sector, preferably in software, healthcare or other advanced technology field.
- Excellent written communication and storytelling skills in English, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and persuasively towards diverse professional target groups.
- Professional proficiency in either Swedish, Finnish or Norwegian is a benefit, but not mandatory in this role.
