Nu söker vi en ambitiös och resultatinriktad Sales Development Representative (SDR) för att stärka vårt säljteam

Om rollen Som SDR är du en nyckelspelare i vårt säljteam och ansvarar för att identifiera och kvalificera potentiella kunder. Din huvudsakliga uppgift är att skapa nya affärsmöjligheter genom att prospektera, initiera kontakt och boka möten med beslutsfattare såsom HR-chefer, VD:ar och CFO:er.

Dina arbetsuppgifter inkluderar:

• Prospektering och leadgenerering: Identifiera och kontakta potentiella kunder genom research och outreach via telefon, e-post och LinkedIn.

• Första kontakten: Engagera och skapa intresse hos företag för OneLabs lösningar genom professionell och konsultativ dialog.

• Mötesbokning: Säkerställa att våra säljare får kvalificerade möten med rätt beslutsfattare.

• Samarbete med säljteamet: Arbeta nära våra Account Executives för att maximera affärsmöjligheter och driva försäljningsprocessen framåt.

Som SDR rapporterar du direkt till vår försäljningschef Oscar Karlsson, som har varit en del av OneLab i över 7 år och tillsammans med övriga teamet kommer han stötta dig till bästa möjliga resultat och utveckling.

Vem du är Vi söker dig som är driven, målmedveten och älskar att skapa kontakt med nya människor. Du har ett affärstänk och trivs i en dynamisk och utmanande miljö.

Vi ser gärna att du har:

• Erfarenhet av försäljning, kundkontakt eller mötesbokning, gärna inom B2B.

• Starkt driv och uthållighet.

• Förmåga att kommunicera professionellt och skapa relationer på olika nivåer.

• Flytande svenska och engelska i både tal och skrift.
