Om rollen

Som Communications Specialist kommer du att spela en central roll i att utveckla, koordinera och genomföra kommunikationsstrategier och marknadsaktiviteter för servicemarknaden som stärker vår kunddialog och vårt varumärke.

I rollen är du ansvarig för att säkerställa att våra kommunikationsinsatser når fram på ett tydligt och engagerande sätt, både internt och externt. Du arbetar nära flera avdelningar för att säkerställa en enhetlig kommunikation och optimerad kundupplevelse. Genom att använda din erfarenhet av strategisk kommunikation och ditt sinne för detaljer, säkerställer du att vi når våra affärsmål och upprätthåller vår position i marknaden.

Dina arbetsuppgifter

- Planera och skapa kampanjer – digitalt, tryckt och via andra kanaler
- Segmentera målgrupper och arbeta med CRM-strategier för att stärka kundlojalitet
- Driva lojalitetsprogram och initiativ som ökar kundnöjdhet
- Ansvara för budgetplanering och kostnadskontroll inom marknadskommunikation
- Skapa engagerande innehåll inklusive nyhetsbrev, kampanjer, annonser och presentationsmaterial
- Koordinera och optimera digitala plattformar som hemsidor och sociala medier
- Analysera och följa upp resultat samt presentera insikter och rekommendationer till ledning och återförsäljare
- Driva förbättringsarbete och initiera förändringsstrategier

Din profil

Vi söker dig som är en strategisk och initiativrik kommunikatör med ett affärsdrivet mindset. Du navigerar smidigt i komplexa sammanhang och ser till att våra marknadsinsatser skapar verklig effekt.

Du har en naturlig förmåga att kombinera kreativitet med struktur och trivs i en roll där du både får ta fram strategier och arbeta operativt för att genomföra dem. Du har ett lösningsorienterat synsätt, är prestigelös och trivs i en dynamisk miljö där du får vara med och påverka, samtidigt som du värdesätter samarbete och laganda.

Kvalifikationer

- Flera års erfarenhet av marknadsföring och kommunikation
- Relevant utbildning på gymnasie- eller högskolenivå (vidareutbildning är meriterande)
- Ekonomisk förståelse och erfarenhet av B2B-kommunikation
- God systemvana i Office-paketet (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
- Flytande svenska och engelska, både i tal och skrift
- B-körkort möjlighet att resa
