Din roll

Tjänsten är ett konsultuppdrag fram till 1 september 2025 med start så snart som möjligt. Din roll ingår i det senare teamet vilket ansvarar för samordningen och arbetet med landspecifika strategiska positioner samt bidrar med strategiskt och operativt stöd till affärsområdena. Du kommer även att samarbeta på koncernnivå kring innehåll, övergripande kampanjer och varumärkeskoncept.

Huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter

- Stödja och bidra till utvecklingen av Fortums strategiska position i Sverige genom en uthållig närvaro i olika kanaler, i nära samarbete med affärsområdena.
- Bidra till att anpassa och genomföra Fortums integrerade påverkans- och kommunikationsplan för den svenska marknaden med fokus på de digitala kanalerna.
- Skapa innehåll för olika kanaler, från poster i sociala medier till bloggposter och rörligt material.
- Bevaka och bidra aktivt till diskussionerna i Fortums sociala media-kanaler.
- Ge strategiskt och operativt stöd till affärsområdena inom kommunikation, inklusive hjälp med att förutse, hantera och minimera kriser samt bistå talespersoner att producera innehåll för sociala medier.

Din profil

- Har minst tre års erfarenhet av arbete med kommunikation, meriterande är från energisektorn eller annan verksamhet som utgör en aktiv del av samhällsdebatten.
- Är en mycket god skribent med en förmåga att skriva engagerande och tillgängligt om komplexa frågor.
- Har en god förståelse och förmåga att utnyttja aktuell debatt för att skapa relevant innehåll.
- Har mycket god kunskap om digitala kanaler och innehållsstrategier för olika målgrupper.
- Talar och skriver svenska flytande samt har mycket goda kunskaper engelska.
- Har en relevant akademisk examen eller tillgodosett dig motsvarande genom arbetslivserfarenhet.

Rekryteringsprocessen
