Head of Sales - Product Design

Samsen is an established consultancy, home to ten top-tier product designers tackling challenging client projects and delivering outstanding results. We are now ready to take the next step and grow our team to 15 and then 20 designers in the coming years. To make that happen, we’re looking for a skilled and driven Head of Sales to help us expand.

About the Role

As our Head of Sales, you’ll play a key role in shaping and executing our sales strategy. Your mission is to drive growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and working closely with our designers in Stockholm to align client needs with our expertise.

Objectives

Accommodate sales for 20 product designers. We believe this means making sure that at any given time there are at least three potential client projects in the pipeline.

What We’re Looking For

1. Proven experience in sales, ideally from a product design consultancy.
2. In-depth understanding of digital product design, ideally hands on.
3. A track record of hitting sales targets and growing business pipelines.
4. You probably have a vast network in tech, both in Stockholm and abroad.
5. A proactive, strategic thinker who thrives in a dynamic environment.
6. A go-getter that does what is needed to succeed.
