Om rollen:
Som Account Manager har du en nyckelroll i att identifiera och utveckla affärsmöjligheter. Du arbetar proaktivt med både befintliga och nya kunder, analyserar deras behov och erbjuder skräddarsydda lösningar som skapar mervärde. Du har ett helhetsansvar för försäljningsprocessen – från första kontakt till avslut – och arbetar strategiskt för att maximera kundnöjdhet och lönsamhet.
Arbetsuppgifter:
- Ansvara för och utveckla en egen kundportfölj.
- Identifiera nya affärsmöjligheter och bygga långsiktiga kundrelationer.
- Driva hela säljprocessen, från prospektering till avtal.
- Samarbeta med interna team för att säkerställa bästa möjliga lösningar för kunderna.
- Analysera marknadstrender och kundbehov för att utveckla strategier som ökar försäljningen.
