Om rollen

Rollen som Sales Operation Coordinator spelar en central roll inom försäljningsstöd och orderhantering på Aarke. Du kommer att hantera flera kontaktytor och besvara frågor från återförsäljare och distributörer över hela världen. Dessa frågor rör ofta försäljningsbeställningar, leveranser, produkter, returer och fakturor. Merparten av denna kommunikation sker på engelska via e-post. Du kommer att vara med och upprätta olika flöden som möter kundernas behov och säkerställa att deras specifika krav uppfylls. Ditt ansvarsområde inkluderar exempelvis;

  • Att driva beställningsflödet för ledande direktförsäljningsåterförsäljare och retailers, såsom Amazon.
  • Att samla in, registrera och planera inkommande beställningar, kreditnotor och fakturor i deras ERP-system.
  • Att underhålla dokumentation för försäljningsaktiviteter och se till att kundens uppsättningsfiler, prislistor, mallar och riktlinjer är aktuella.
  • Att säkerställa att kunder har rätt information om våra produkter.

Vi letar efter dig som har ett gott självledarskap, är serviceinriktad, kommunikativ, ödmjuk och prestigelös. Du bör ha en stark systemvana och vara bekväm med att arbeta i Officepaketet. Erfarenhet av att arbeta i en koordinerande roll och med orderhantering är ett plus. Det interna språket hos Aarke är engelska, och i denna roll förväntas du kommunicera på engelska både skriftligt och muntligt dagligen.

Meriterande

  • Erfarenhet av att arbeta i en liknande roll som säljkoordinator.
  • Erfarenhet av att arbeta med Amazon som retailer.

Omfattning, arbetstider och tillträde

Anställningen är en visstidsanställning på 1 år där du utgår från vårt nya huvudkontor i centrala Stockholm, närliggande Odenplan. Arbetstiderna är kontorstider måndag till fredag och du kan även arbeta hemifrån upp till två dagar i veckan när du är trygg i rollen.
