About the Role

We are now looking for a Manager to help lead and further develop our public sector business, focusing on government agencies and/or municipalities. In this role, you will:

  • Lead and deliver transformative projects that provide long-term results for public organizations.
  • Support strategic and operational implementation in areas such as digital transformation, IT infrastructure, organizational development, change management, and more.
  • Manage high-impact projects while leveraging BearingPoint's extensive intellectual capital in strategy and management to deliver value.
  • Play a key role in business development, strengthen relationships with our public sector clients, and mentor junior colleagues.

Who We Are Looking For

  • M.Sc. in Engineering, Economics, or another relevant master's degree.
  • A proven track record of at least 6 years as a consultant, delivering projects for government agencies or municipalities, focusing either on digitalization and tech transformation or organizational development and strategy.
  • You are commercially minded and have experience contributing to client and practice development, demonstrating an ability to persuade by adapting communication to diverse audiences.
  • Strong leadership abilities and an ability to manage complex projects.

Additionally, to aid in day-to-day business activities, experience using Excel and PowerPoint is a must. As we manage projects and advise clients in both the private and public sectors, it is also a requirement that you have excellent communication skills in both Swedish and English (spoken and written).
