Nu söker vi en engagerad Customer Experience Manager som vill ta ansvar för våra kundrelationer och bygga starka, lojala band med våra kunder.
Om rollen
I denna roll blir du en nyckelspelare i att säkerställa att varje kund får en upplevelse som får dem att återvända. Ditt arbete kommer bland annat att innebära att hantera kundfrågor via e-post, chatt och sociala medier med snabbhet, empati och en lösningsorienterad inställning. Du kommer också att arbeta proaktivt med att bygga relationer och skapa lojalitet genom personlig och engagerande kommunikation. Genom att analysera kunddata identifierar du mönster, minskar churn och bidrar med insikter som driver förbättringar. Dessutom ansvarar du för att utveckla och implementera lojalitetsprogram samt strategier för att behålla kunder, samtidigt som du arbetar för att förbättra processer och arbetssätt för en ännu bättre kundupplevelse.
Om dig
Vi söker dig som har erfarenhet av kundservice och en naturlig förmåga att skapa positiva kundupplevelser. Du är analytisk, datadriven och har en strukturerad arbetsstil. Dessutom kommunicerar du på ett sätt som gör att kunder känner sig sedda och uppskattade. Du trivs med att kombinera operativt arbete med strategiskt tänkande för att göra verklig skillnad.
