About the RoleWe're seeking a Swedish and English speaking Customer Support Representative to join our global support team. In this interim position (April 2025 - January 2026), you'll be responsible for assisting customers with incoming inquiries regarding our products and services.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Responding to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via our support channels and social media.
- Identifying customer needs and helping them use specific features.
- Analyzing and reporting product malfunctions.
- Monitoring customers' reviews and politely answering them, aiming to provide the information requested.
- Reaching set KPIs.
You'll be working closely within a core team of 8 and primarily supporting Swedish customers. Our support structure includes local agents in major markets, while smaller markets receive support in English or via translation tools.
About the TeamOur global support team is collaborative and dynamic, with regular team meetings, knowledge-sharing sessions, and opportunities for cross-functional collaboration. We foster a flat hierarchy and empower employees to grow with us.
