Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your comprehensive customer service expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You'll work alongside innovative, collaborative, and dedicated teammates while being the customer primary point of contact to supply equipment and spare parts or railway vehicles. You will handle customer enquiries, providing quotation and ensuring their deliveries. As part of a global organization, you will coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure material deliveries from different sites within Alstom.

We'll look to you for:

  1. Managing the customer relationship and influencing upcoming business opportunities,
  2. Managing the customer portfolio securing the profitability expected by Alstom management, following the governance cycle,
  3. Building successful and long-term relationships with the customer,
  4. Ensuring customer satisfaction and resolving any customer concerns that may arise,
  5. Participating in customer meetings and meetings with other functions procurement and engineering,
  6. Development/Improvement of our offer and processes,
  7. Taking responsibility in a results-driven role, solving complex problems with a customer-oriented mindset,
  8. Embracing inclusivity in an international and multi-cultural environment

  1. Degree in Engineering or Business Administration,
  2. Experience or understanding of industry roles and daily interfacing with external stakeholders such as customers and suppliers,

  5. Willingness and drive for continuous improvement,
  6. Team player with a positive attitude,
  7. Strong analytical and interpersonal skills,
  8. Fluent in English and Swedish
