We are seeking a highly motivated individual to fill the position of Customer Experience Specialist for a 1-year Parental Leave Cover.

About the Role:

  • Deliver outstanding customer service, provide expert advice, and ensure every interaction is a five-star experience.
  • Play a vital role in maintaining our reputation as an industry leader, collaborating with the team to achieve KPIs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer interactions across phone, email, and live chat, resolving warranty claims, complaints, and queries efficiently.
  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information on products, services, and company policies to meet customer needs.
  • Process orders and payments securely, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Support the team in achieving goals, contributing to a positive working environment and upholding company values.
  • Stay informed about outdoor technologies and trends to deliver expert advice and maintain high customer service standards.

About Us:

We are Fenix Outdoor Intermatopmaö AG, the UK's premier outdoor retailer focused on providing the British Outdoor Enthusiast with the best kit, service, and advice.

This is a full-time, temporary position, 42.5 hours per week, worked over 5 days on rotation. The position is based in Hereford.
