We are seeking a highly motivated individual to fill the position of Customer Experience Specialist for a 1-year Parental Leave Cover.
About the Role:
- Deliver outstanding customer service, provide expert advice, and ensure every interaction is a five-star experience.
- Play a vital role in maintaining our reputation as an industry leader, collaborating with the team to achieve KPIs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer interactions across phone, email, and live chat, resolving warranty claims, complaints, and queries efficiently.
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information on products, services, and company policies to meet customer needs.
- Process orders and payments securely, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Support the team in achieving goals, contributing to a positive working environment and upholding company values.
- Stay informed about outdoor technologies and trends to deliver expert advice and maintain high customer service standards.

We are Fenix Outdoor Intermatopmaö AG, the UK's premier outdoor retailer focused on providing the British Outdoor Enthusiast with the best kit, service, and advice.
This is a full-time, temporary position, 42.5 hours per week, worked over 5 days on rotation. The position is based in Hereford.
