Customer Service Team Lead

In 2022, Instabee was founded after combining two leading last-mile delivery companies with three consumer-facing brands: Budbee, Instabox, and Porterbuddy. Our mission is to provide consumers across Europe with convenient deliveries.
We're seeking a talented Operations Manager Customer Service to join our team in Sweden. As an Operations Manager, you will lead the department and operations within your area of responsibility, aligning with our long-term strategies and goals.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Leading and coaching your team in their respective assignments within the Customer Service team.
- Ensuring that all agents in your team give the best service in all interactions with our consumers.
- Managing quality of customer service via QA, training, and quality controls.
- Ensuring compliance with our processes based on our needs, goals, and central guidelines.
- Ensuring that the organisation within its area of responsibility has the right resources and competencies to carry out the set goals.
- Handling labor law questions with other Team Managers and with help from our local HR business partner.
