Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Customer Experience Specialist to join our team. As a key player in our organization, you will be responsible for providing insightful product knowledge, engaging with customers, and resolving queries in a timely and professional manner. Your primary objective will be to embody the voice of our brand, elevate the customer experience, and ensure a seamless journey from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
- Become a product expert, enabling effective assistance to customers.
- Conduct simple analyses to understand customer questions, proactively addressing issues, and enhancing the overall customer experience.
- Engage with customers through live chat, email, and phone, ensuring each customer feels heard, valued, and supported.
- Collaborate with other team members within CX and external partners to resolve queries, share insights, and build a stronger, customer-focused environment.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- A proactive approach and keen eye for detail.
- Previous experience in a customer-centric environment.
- The ability to navigate both quiet and stormy situations.
- Independence and teamwork, recognizing the balance between both leads to better results.
- Skilled communicator and problem solver.
- Genuine love for engaging with people.
- Curious and passionate about the world of finance and investing.
- Fluency in Swedish (spoken and written).
