Om rollen som affärsutvecklare
Som affärsutvecklare hos Evidensia i Sverige arbetar du med både strategiska initiativ och operativa projekt. Du tar ägarskap för affärskritiska initiativ med bred påverkan på flera funktioner och verksamhetsområden.

- Operativt projektledningsansvar: Projektled kritiska organisationsförändringar som kräver extra fokus eller samordna systemimplementationer vid förvärv. Du säkerställer leveranser i nära samarbete med affärsstöd/operations.
- Optimera processer: Genom att skapa struktur, standardisera processer och säkerställa effektiv uppföljning av projekt bidrar du till att förbättra samarbetet mellan operativa team och ledning.
- Tillväxt och utveckling: Identifiera och analysera marknadsmöjligheter för att forma Evidensias långsiktiga strategi i Sverige. Här utmanas och uppskattas din strategiska och analytiska förmåga.
- Innovation och påverkan: Presentera strategiska rekommendationer för ledningsgruppen och bidra till att forma vår övergripande affärsstrategi. Var med och utveckla en ledande aktör inom en växande och meningsfull sektor.
Vem söker vi?
Vi söker dig som har en stark bakgrund inom strategisk rådgivning, projektledning eller kommer från en liknande roll i en stor organisation. Du har erfarenhet av att arbeta i komplexa miljöer och motiveras av att ta projekt hela vägen från idé till praktiskt genomförande. Du drivs av att lära nytt, ta dig an utmaningar och bidra med energi och nya perspektiv.
Kvalifikationer:
- Relevant examen, exempelvis inom ekonomi, teknik eller management.
- 3–5 års erfarenhet av projektledning eller en liknande roll med dokumenterade resultat.
- Förmåga att strukturera komplexa problem och skapa lösningar.
- Erfarenhet av att arbeta med presentationsmaterial för ledningsnivå (Excel och PowerPoint).
- Flytande svenska och engelska i både tal och skrift.
Ort: Stockholm, Sverige (vi arbetar i en hybridmodell med kontoret i Stockholm som utgångspunkt – du behöver kunna vara på plats några dagar i veckan).
Omfattning: Heltid, tillsvidareanställning.
