The role and key areas of responsibility:
Recruitment is a top priority at Orange Business Services. The international Talent Acquisition Team is responsible for ensuring that Orange Business Services can attract and recruit top talent from the market and for ensuring they have the right people, in the right place at the right time to reach their business goals.

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist focused on partnering with the business in Sweden and supporting the needs in Norway, you will play a key role in the above mission by collaborating with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and leading the full talent acquisition process at Orange Business Services. You will also actively source and build a strong pipeline of candidates and proactively network within local markets.

Key areas of responsibility include:

  • Working proactively to source candidates using a variety of platforms, channels, and methods.
  • Screening and interviewing candidates, presenting shortlists to your business partner.
  • Building and maintaining pipelines of candidates.
  • Delivering a high-touch recruitment experience to both candidates and hiring managers.
  • Representing the company's vision and mission, ultimately promoting Orange Business Services employer brand.
  • Providing expertise on local recruitment market/trends.
  • Contributing to employer branding activities and process improvements in Talent Acquisition.

For this position, you should have:
Orange Business Services is looking for a passionate senior recruiter who knows what a great candidate experience looks like and is up for some big hiring achievements. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

In terms of experience/skills, Orange Business Services believes you should have:

  • At least three years' recruitment experience as an IT/Tech Recruiter.
  • Strong experience in sourcing candidates using different techniques and platforms.
  • Very good communication skills in both Swedish and English.

You will be based at Orange Business Services office in Solna, Stockholm.
