Pricing & Promotions at RELEX
We design and develop tools that transform how businesses manage pricing and promotions, helping them make data-driven decisions with confidence. Our Pricing and Promotions applications are built cloud-native on Google Cloud Platform, combining robust Golang backend services with a seamless and intuitive Typescript/React front-end experience.

Behind the scenes, our data platform processes millions of rows of raw customer data using Golang workflows orchestrated by Cadence/Temporal. With hybrid data layers powered by ClickHouse and Postgres, we deliver analytics and forecasts that balance pre-calculation and real-time responsiveness. This ensures that insights are not just fast but also meaningful—helping customers plan smarter and execute better.

We create solutions that are not only scalable and reliable but also designed with users in mind, offering a platform that's intuitive and adaptable to complex business needs. Join us and this is some of what you'll be doing:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for service description-related inquiries.
  • Perform diligent reporting and analysis of outcomes and improvement activities for your assigned service.
  • Maintain up-to-date service-related documentation.
  • Manage processes and drive continuous improvement.
  • Implement cost-efficient service improvements, including process enhancements, development, backups, and retention policies.
  • Initiate and drive development ideas and improvements.
  • Engage in mentoring within the RELEX community and implement effective service communication with all stakeholders.
  • Monitor service performance and manage KPIs.
  • Coordinate service-support and oversee training based on service descriptions.
  • Manage multiple projects with precision.

We're looking for someone who:

  • Is based in the Nordics.
  • Holds a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
  • Has a proven track record in service delivery, especially within IT or software environments.
  • Excels in problem-solving and analytical thinking.
  • Possesses exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Is open to occasional travel across Europe and potentially worldwide.
