We have the clear ambition to become the uncontested leading European provider of integrated, end-to-end HR solutions for all organizations and workers. To realize this ambition, we are currently looking for an experienced Head of Portfolio Management Sweden.

At the heart of our organization, Portfolio Management serves as the glue, acting as the strategic advisor to all stakeholders. We create customer value and drive growth by developing easy-to-buy and easy-to-sell value propositions, rooted in continuous market interaction and solid expertise.

The Role

As our Portfolio Manager, you will:

  • Develop market-driven value propositions, business cases, and go-to-market plans for Sweden, leveraging our unique combination of software, services, and expertise.
  • Collaborate with segment and domain owners to align revenue planning (new business, up-sell, cross-sell) with offering availability, while ensuring effective go-to-market strategies and market fit.
  • Drive the strategic business planning process for Sweden, including long-term planning.
  • Create and defend investment business cases to support growth and synergy initiatives in Sweden.
  • Serve as a trusted strategic advisor to the local management team, as well as sales, marketing, service, product, and M&A teams, using your expertise and research insights.
  • Continuously monitor the market to refine and optimize our portfolio.
  • Oversee portfolio partner selection to enhance our offering where needed.
  • Advocate for our customers across the organization, driving customer experience through market-driven portfolio decisions.
  • Lead the integration of our product and service offerings into a unified, future-proof digital customer journey, ensuring the highest standards of customer experience.
  • Represent SD Worx at external events as an expert speaker.
  • Foster collaboration by challenging perspectives, sharing expertise, and encouraging intrapreneurship.
  • Contribute to the ongoing professionalization and growth of our portfolio management processes.
  • Report directly to the Head of Portfolio Management for our core markets.
  • Be based in Sweden, with occasional travel (up to 10%).

Who You Are

You bring the following skills and experience:

  • Over 3 years of experience in payroll services and at least 5 years in strategic B2B portfolio/product management within the European HR market.
  • Proven expertise in developing strategies for product and service offerings within a digital context.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset with a commitment to delivering results.
  • A strong ability to drive business model innovation within complex technology and compliance environments.
  • Decisiveness supported by data and expertise.
  • A strategic thinker who aligns actions with the company's overall goals and vision.
  • A natural networker with a presence that commands attention and generates impact at all levels.
  • An analytical mindset with a drive to challenge the status quo and foster innovation.
  • Leadership in portfolio management for local partnerships and M&A initiatives.
  • In-depth knowledge of the Swedish HCM and payroll market.
  • Strong team collaboration skills and a "one for all, all for one" mentality.
  • Proficiency in portfolio pricing and pricing research, with relevant certifications as a strong plus.
  • Fluency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
