Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Director of Portfolio Management to join our team in Sundbyberg, Sweden. As a key member of our portfolio management team, you will be responsible for driving the adoption of our portfolio and go-to-market strategy across our markets and guarding our strategic corporate portfolio roadmap.

The Role of Director of Portfolio Management

  • You will drive the adoption of our portfolio and go-to-market strategy across our markets and guard our strategic corporate portfolio roadmap.
  • You will foster collaboration and knowledge-sharing by driving portfolio management transformation and maturity through continuous improvement in close collaboration with all portfolio stakeholders.
  • You will be a trusted advisor and mentor to the team in creating ambitious data-driven strategies and compelling value propositions.
  • You will be responsible for the portfolio strategy of the data & insights domain.
  • You will build and defend complex investment business cases that drive future growth and synergies across our markets.
  • You will be the partner for the M&A team in leading the portfolio stream throughout the M&A process.
  • You will have a continuous eye on the market to optimize and streamline our portfolio strategy and to identify growth opportunities for our business.
  • You will create business plans for new strategic growth opportunities based on your research.
  • You will be a true team player, so challenging views, sharing expertise, and encouraging intrapreneurship come naturally to you.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A proven experience (+8Y) in strategic consulting, go-to-market strategy, or portfolio management in B2B technology and services industries.
  • A solid knowledge of the European payroll services and HR tech market is considered a strong plus.
  • Experience as a mentor and coach.
  • Strategy development for product and service offerings in a digital context.
  • Hands-on intrapreneurship who truly takes on commitment and delivers.
  • The capability to drive business (model) innovation in a complex technology and compliance environment.
  • Decisiveness backed by numbers and expertise.
  • The ability to see the bigger picture, looking forward to realize the overall strategy of our company.
  • A strong internal and external networker with a natural presence that generates impact at all levels.
  • Critical analytical mind contributing to the continuous challenging of the status quo and fuels innovation.
  • The ability to represent portfolio management in partnership and M&A initiatives.
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written), any other European language is a plus.
