Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a unified design system for security software products.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate design principles into software development.
  • Mentor and guide junior designers to grow their skills and contribute effectively.
  • Define best practices, workflows, and processes for UI/UX design.

Requirements

  • Experience in UI/UX design and leadership or senior design roles.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing experience in enterprise software, security software, or B2B applications.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Figma and Storybook.
  • Solid understanding of usability, accessibility, and interaction design principles.
  • Familiarity with front-end development concepts (HTML, CSS, React, Angular, Vue) to collaborate with engineers.
  • Experience integrating design into Agile/Scrum development environments.
