About the role
As Sr. Director of Product & Development for SMB, you will lead the strategic direction and execution of product development initiatives, ensuring alignment with our company goals and customer needs. You will oversee a cross-functional team responsible for the planning, execution, and delivery of high-quality software solutions. Your leadership will be vital in driving innovation and market competitiveness, ensuring that our offerings maintain excellence and relevance in an evolving landscape.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the product development team for SMB, driving the vision and strategy for product innovation and enhancement.
  • Oversee the entire product lifecycle from concept to launch, coordinating efforts across various departments including sales, marketing, and customer support.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and customers to gather requirements, prioritize features, and align development initiatives with market trends.
  • Ensure effective application of agile methodologies to optimize productivity and responsiveness to market changes.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement within the team and across departments, promoting best practices in software development.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and competitor products to continuously refine our offerings and identify new opportunities.
  • Drive automation and process improvements in product development to enhance efficiency and product quality.

Qualifications:

In order to fit and succeed in this role, we believe that you have the following background:

  • At least 10 years of experience in product management and development, preferably in a B2B software environment.
  • Proven track record of leading and managing successful development teams and launching high-quality products.
  • Strong understanding of software development processes, with experience in agile methodologies.
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Swedish.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics and experience in software solutions related to financial processes is preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.

This is a full-time position (40h/week) with working hours 8-17. You will be based at the head office at Evenemangsgatan by Mall of Scandinavia in Solna, Sweden and report into the CTO. Start date is as soon as possible.

About us
SignUp Software was founded in 1999 and introduced ExFlow in 2003. Over the years, SignUp Software has earned a strong reputation in the Microsoft Dynamics community for its solutions in financial process automation. The solutions in the ExFlow product portfolio are built in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and utilize Azure Services, specifically designed for the "Office of the CFO". When the Signup Software journey started we were only focusing on ExFlow AP for approval invoices. During the years the portfolio has grown and now include ExFlow E-Invoicing, Travel & Expense Management, ExFlow Co2 Insights and more products to come.

SignUp Software currently operates from Sweden where it is headquartered, Denmark, Norway, Netherlands, Germany, UK, USA, Canada, Singapore, Malaysia, and Australia, and has over 250 employees and partnerships with more than 100 resellers worldwide.
