Her trer du inn som det sjette medlemmet i salgsteamet vårt, der vi alle er enige om at fornøyde medarbeidere og en bedrifts suksess er like selvsagt som kombinasjonen kaffe og mandag morgen. Som ambassadør for Populum blir målet ditt å spre budskapet om oss og hjelpe flere organisasjoner med å omsette medarbeiderinnsikt til konkrete tiltak.

Populum er vårt kraftfulle, markedsledende verktøy som måler medarbeiderengasjement og kultur for å forbedre trivsel, produktivitet og redusere både turnover og sykefravær. Fra første kontakt til signert kontrakt jobber du selvstendig gjennom hele salgsprosessen – alltid med dine kolleger Jonas, Sighsten, Martin, Annika, og Lottaved din side. Gjennom telefon, e-post og sosiale medier gjennomfører du målrettede salgsaktiviteter, driver flere salgsprosesser samtidig og bygger sterke relasjoner med beslutningstakere innen HR og ledergrupper i mellomstore og store internasjonale selskaper.

Om deg

For å passe i denne rollen tror vi at du er en lagspiller som bidrar til teamets suksess Din energiske og resultatorienterte tilnærming smitter over på både kunder og kolleger. Du er bosatt i Stockholm.

I tillegg har du:

  • Flere års erfaring med suksessrik B2B SaaS-salg, gjerne innen HR Tech.
  • Erfaring fra å jobbe i raskt voksende SaaS-selskaper eller tilsvarende roller.
  • Flytende i norsk og engelsk, både muntlig og skriftlig.
