Fitness24Seven is growing in Sweden and our 180+ gyms in Sweden will be more Our positive and entrepreneurial organization needs a new Expansion Manager.
What are you going to do?We are looking for you who want to ensure Fitness24Seven's growth in Sweden. Our office is in Lund, but as Expansion Manager we expect you to be in continuous contact with/and visit property owners throughout Sweden. You will hunt, negotiate and secure sites with the best premises for our various gym concepts.
In addition to finding new premises, you are also responsible for renegotiating existing leases.

We believe you have:
- Worked with sales.
- Knowledge from the property industry and understanding of chain operations.
- You know Excel and are used to working with numbers.
- An outgoing personality and you are comfortable with creating new contacts and keeping them.
We require that you are fluent in spoken and written Swedish and English.

Expansion Manager Sweden – F24S reports to the Expansion Director of Fitness24Seven Group, Fredrik Gnosspelius, and will be based at the HQ, Lund, Sweden.
