The Ideal CandidateWe're seeking a highly motivated and energetic Sales Growth Specialist with a proven track record of success in sales and lead generation. As a key member of our team, you'll focus on prospecting and identifying potential customers through a multi-channel approach.
Your primary goal is to book qualified meetings and nurture potential customers through their buyer's journey. You'll work closely with our marketing team to optimize campaigns and ensure our CRM data remains accurate. Responsibilities- Developing and executing a multi-channel outbound approach to identify and qualify potential customers.
- Conducting initial outreach to prospects through various channels to generate interest and engagement.
- Booking qualified meetings with potential clients to maintain a consistent sales pipeline.
- Nurturing and educating potential customers to a buying-ready stage, providing guidance throughout their buyer's journey.
- Serving as the gatekeeper of data, ensuring clean CRM data.
- Collaborating with the Account Executive team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Improving our outbound efforts together with the Teamlead SDR.
