Key Responsibilities
  • Directly manages a team of three sales representatives, setting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and providing coaching, training, and support to help them meet these targets.
  • Tracks and reports on sales metrics, performance, and team KPIs, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
  • Contributes to and implements sales plans and strategies, working closely with the CEO to ensure alignment with company objectives.
  • Serves as the primary point of contact for handling customer issues and escalations, resolving problems quickly and efficiently.
  • Manages price strategy and marketing budget contributions for stores and distributors, ensuring optimal revenue growth and customer satisfaction.

This role requires a high level of autonomy, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership, organizational, and sales skills, with the ability to adapt quickly to changing circumstances and priorities.
