Senior Key Account Manager – Consumer Products Division

This role requires a strategic and operational mindset, combining strong negotiation skills with a deep understanding of the fashion and department store landscape. You will be responsible for managing a multi-country business plan, leading the development and execution of go-to-market strategies.
Responsibilities:- Lead and negotiate annual agreements with one of our biggest clients in the Nordics, managing a multi-country business plan.
- Develop plan, KPIs, and goals.
- Define and implement go-to-market strategy and launches with cross-functional teams (marketing, supply chain, finance, sales).
- Develop a customer-centric business plan; turn shopper insights into business opportunities.
- Lead the brand and campaign activation.
- Identify new trends and opportunities for business growth and implement action plans.
- Build and maintain a strong relationship with the client to ensure we remain their preferred partner in our categories.
- Animate and develop the Jr KAM H&M.
- 2-4 years' experience in a similar role (preferably from a similar industry).
- A strong negotiator and communicator with proven self-starter capabilities.
- Strong analytical skills combined with a good strategic view and an operative mindset.
- Fact-based, analytical, and possess complex problem-solving skills.
- Skilled at creating presentations that engage your audience.
- Thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Outgoing with the ability to build connections and a network in a complex matrix organization.
- Hands-on and proactive with a result-driven mindset.
- Fluent in Swedish and English.
