I rollen som Service & Billing specialist kommer du att ha en central roll inom vår verksamhet. Du kommer säkerhetsställa kundens resa tillsammans med oss efter installation/leverans genom att hantera tjänsteändringar och fakturafrågor på ett korrekt sätt och säkra verksamhetens intäkter genom att hantera kunders faktureringsflöden. Du kommer att rapportera till Head of Operations och arbeta inom arbetsgruppen 'Services and Billing'. Tillsammans med ett team med hög kompetens, ett brinnande engagemang och höga ambitioner kommer ni bidra till lösningarna som krävs för att nå Vattenfalls långsiktiga vision om ett fossilfritt samhälle inom en generation.

Vi förvaltar och tar hand om våra kunder kopplat till CPO (charge point operator) och EMSP (e-Mobility Service provider) tjänster på ett sätt där vi ständigt strävar efter att öka kundnöjdhet och skapa kundförtroende och lojalitet. Vi gör det genom att kontinuerligt arbeta med kundupplevelser, kvalité och innovation för att säkerställa en effektiv verksamhet med kunden i centrum så att vi uppnår vår vision om att vara ledande i branschen och att kunden ska uppleva att det är enkelt och tryggt att samverka med oss.

  1. Säkerhetsställer att tjänsteändringar, fakturering och inbetalningar sker på ett korrekt sätt, i tid, med kund- och verksamhetseffektivitet i fokus.
  2. Hanterar kundärenden kopplat till tjänsteändringar och ärenden inom fakturering.
  3. Justeringar i vår kund-, tjänste-, produktdata vid behov i syfte att säkerställa korrekt tjänste- och faktureringshantering.
  4. Medverkar i uppdateringar/utveckling av operatörstjänster och faktureringslogik.
  5. Arbetar med förbättringar i processer, rutiner och system för att effektivisera och automatisera flödet med maximal kundnytta.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Gymnasieexamen inom ekonomi och administration. Högskoleexamen eller likvärdig arbetserfarenhet är meriterande.
  • Erfarenhet av fakturahantering.
  • Erfarenhet av att arbeta med tekniska produkter och digitala tjänster i abonnemangsform.
  • Mycket god förmåga att kommunicera med kunder.
  • Professionell nivå i tal och skrift på svenska och engelska.
  • Erfarenhet från Microsoft Dynamics och SAP-miljö är meriterande.

Vi söker en person som kan arbeta både självständigt och i team, med fokus på kunden och att skapa positiva kundupplevelser. Du behöver vara öppen för förändringar och ha en positiv attityd med starkt affärstänk. Du har också mycket god förmåga att organisera och prioritera samt kommunicera effektivt. Dessutom har du förmåga att sätta dig in i kunders situationer och behov.
