Per Majak, our Sales Director in Nordics is looking to strengthen his team, looking for a Sales Account Manager to join our growing sales team at Nexus/IN Groupe. This is a permanent, full-time position based in Stockholm.

What you'll do at Nexus

As a Sales Account Manager, you'll join a team that thrives on collaboration and innovation. Your initial focus will be on RFID and mobile ID solutions—key tools in enabling secure physical access. As you develop, you'll also explore our broader portfolio, including digital identity, authentication, and e-ID technologies.

  • Support growth by acquiring new customers and developing existing accounts.
  • Build and nurture long-term customer relationships.
  • Identify customer needs and offer tailored, value-driven solutions.
  • Create demand, generate leads, and engage with C-levels.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and technical teams to enhance our presence and competitiveness in the Nordic market.
  • Track sales activities and support reporting and forecasting through our CRM tools.

Some of our Tools: SalesForce, Forecasting tools, Excel, Tender databases, LinkedIn/social media, and other ways to reach and build a network.

About you

  • You bring curiosity and a willingness to learn, especially around tech and digital identity.
  • You're comfortable taking initiative and navigating a fast-paced environment with support from your team.
  • You appreciate building trust—both with customers and colleagues.
  • You like to travel and visit customer sites and participate in fairs.
  • Making a meaningful impact matters to you—whether it's guiding a customer toward the right solution or closing a deal that creates long-term value.
  • You enjoy both teamwork and working independently.

Qualifications

  • 2–4 years of experience in sales or client-facing roles—tech industry is a plus, but not a must.
  • Curious and eager to learn about digital identity and security.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Familiar with Sales Qualification Methodologies such as BANT and MEDDIC.
  • Working proficiency level in both Swedish and English.
  • Willingness to travel for work and a valid driver's license.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Background in Tech, Cybersecurity Software, SaaS, PKI, Identity Management, IoT, or IT.
  • A relevant degree in business, sales, IT, or another related field.
  • Speaking and understanding other Scandinavian languages.
