We are looking for a highly skilled Sales Manager to lead our Enterprise Account Executives in the Nordics region. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving individual AE success, fostering a great team spirit, and achieving annual sales targets.

The Team:

Our Land Sales team is responsible for selling into new targeted Enterprise accounts. The team is focused on landing new customer relationships across the Nordic region.

Responsibilities:
  1. Drive individual AE success and foster a great team spirit.
  2. Own and hit/exceed annual sales targets within the assigned territory with great control and forecast accuracy.
  3. Develop and execute a strategic plan to achieve sales targets.
  4. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners.
