We are a fast-growing company, and you will join a team of close to 400 colleagues in over 19 locations. You will join the sales department, where we have about 150 sales representatives and aim to nearly double this number over the next two years. This role will be a key factor in achieving the growth we are looking for.

We are looking for someone who can connect and collaborate with several teams in sales and other departments of Teamtailor, including improving processes, analyzing, and optimizing operational efficiencies across various functions. This role involves harnessing data to gain insights into the sales funnel, revenue and other business operations.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Report to the Head of Operations and work closely with the Management Team on a strategic level to set commercial targets and support the strategy for the sales department.
  • Utilise and analyse data to propose actions to improve efficiency across the sales funnel.
  • Carry out ongoing and ad-hoc reporting and updating of sales-related key metrics.
  • Assist in the periodic sales forecast and follow-up process.
  • Even though this role initially entails no personnel responsibility, we are looking for someone who has demonstrated leadership in past experiences and could take on a team in the future.

What you should have to be successful in the role:

  • At least 3-5 years of experience in consulting, investment banking, or high-growth companies within tech or SaaS.
  • Strong background in using data analytics to inform business decisions, with the ability to extract, analyze, and interpret complex data sets to provide actionable insights.
  • Academic degree in finance, accounting, economics, engineering or a related field.
  • Experience in Salesforce is preffered but not required.
  • Experience in managing and optimizing revenue operations, including implementing and refining revenue strategies to drive growth and efficiency is preferred but not required.
