På Omda kommer du att vara nära kundernas behov och ditt arbete kommer att påverka där det betyder mest. Vårt affärsområde Connected Imaging tillhandahåller lösningar för komplett bildhantering; att säkert fånga, lagra och dela medicinsk media . Dessutom arbetar vi med säker informationsdelning och samarbete över sjukvårdsdomäner. Som vår Technical Specialist kommer du att få arbeta med Sveriges mest mångsidiga digitala lösning för social- och hälsovård. Arbetet för en Technical Specialist är omväxlande och du får utmana dig själv och lära dig nytt hela tiden då e-hälsotjänster och integrationer mellan olika system utvecklas i snabb takt. ansvarsområden

Som vår tekniska specialist kommer du att:

· Installera och konfigurera komplexa mjukvarulösningar i enlighet med klientens specifikationer

· Hantera inkommande 2:a och 3:e linjens supportförfrågningar från kunders IT-avdelningar, vårdgivare och systemadministratörer

· Felsöka och proaktivt driva problemlösning av tekniska problem relaterade till installation och konfiguration av programvaran

· Genomföra grundorsaksanalys och etablera förebyggande åtgärder

· Vara teknisk expert vid uppgraderingar och nyinstallationsprojekt och bidra med kunskap kring optimal lösningsarkitektur och konfiguration

· Översätta kundbehov till tekniska lösningar och implementeringar

· Utveckla och underhålla installations- och konfigurationsprocedurer och dokumentation.

Senior

kvalifikationer


• Kandidatexamen inom IT eller liknande alternativt motsvarande arbetslivserfarenhet


• Minst 3 års erfarenhet av mjukvaruinstallationer och konfigurationer


• Erfarenhet av att installera och konfigurera komplexa mjukvarusystem (Windows och Windows-servrar)


• Mycket trygg i att navigera i servermiljöer


• HTML-, CSS- och Javascripterfarenhet


• Grundläggande kunskaper om MS-servrar och MS SQL-servrar (kunna köra och skriva Select, Update and Joint-queries)


• Brinner för att lösa problem och hjälpa andra


• Gedigen kommunikationsförmåga i engelska, finska och svenska

Meriterande:


• Kunskaper i installation och konfiguration på Linux-servrar


• Erfarenhet från hälso- och sjukvårdsindustrin


• Kunskap om centraliserad övervakning och automatiska larm


• Kunskap om installation, säkerhetskopiering och återställning av Cassandra-databas (NoSQL).
