What can you expect:
We are seeking a Finance & Accounting (F&A) professional for our team in Stockholm, Sweden. This role involves working closely with both Swedish and English-speaking captive owners and insurance company clients, ensuring compliance with Swedish and Solvency 2 regulations. The successful candidate will be integral in managing accounting operations (AP/AR), conducting reporting (monthly/quarterly/annual), assisting with Solvency 2 reporting, and participating in various projects. This position offers a unique opportunity to grow professionally, assume increasing responsibilities, and contribute significantly to our clients' success.

We will rely on you to:
- Manage and reconcile Accounts Payable and Receivable.

Execute bank payments and perform reconciliations.

Conduct monthly and/or quarterly financial closings and prepare financial reports.

Collaborate on Solvency 2 financial reporting and regulatory compliance.

Support client queries and liaise with external auditors.

What you need to have:

The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, service-minded, and possess a strong commitment to excellence. Requirements include:

A degree in accounting or related field.

Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience, preferably in the insurance industry.

Proficiency in both Swedish and English.

Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office suite.

Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a demanding work environment.
