Position summary:

Celltrion conducts worldwide marketing, sales, and distribution of biological medicines through an extensive global network that spans more than 120 different countries.

We are now expanding our business to Sweden.

We are looking for a Market Access & Tender Manager at Celltrion Sweden. In this interesting role, you will be responsible for the development and execution of market access strategies and relationships to promote rapid uptake access to specialist prescription medicine. In this position, you will play a crucial role in a Nordic team by collaborating closely with your colleagues in Sweden and worldwide.

The position is based in Stockholm.

Key role and responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute market access strategies and tactics to meet tender requirements.
  • Build competitive intelligence to be successful in tenders.
  • Work closely with medical affairs, legal, regulatory, market access and commercial teams, building and leveraging relationships with relevant stakeholders in line with approved and agreed business strategy.
  • Set up and monitor relevant KPI's to ensure good overview of the tender landscape.
  • Lead all activities pertaining to value evidence and data generation and management.
  • Support the development of local price and reimbursement negotiation strategies through continued collaboration with country and globally-based colleagues.
  • Monitor government strategies, trends, guidelines and recommendations that affect our medicines.
  • To build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders and key customers, associations and groups who are integral to the business.
  • This role will work closely with local consultant, customers, and HQ global team to support best-in-class reimbursement negotiations and market access excellence.

Skills and experience:

  • Pharmaceutical/healthcare industry experience with experience in market access/health economic outcomes research, and government affairs experience. (min 5 years)
  • Country market access experience is required.
  • In-depth and current understanding of international and country payer environment, including reimbursement decision-making processes, pricing and contracting strategies, and HTA processes.
  • Experience in developing and/or adapting global economic models to meet country-specific HTA requirements.
  • Strong analytical skills with the proven ability to effectively analyse data sets to determine trends and establish strategies.
  • Proven track record of in-country price negotiations.
  • Prior experience in a regional or global market access role.
  • Strategic ability, as evidenced by an awareness strategic issues facing the business, ability to see local competitive positioning relative to global and international strategy;
  • Strong analytical ability; and an ability to deal with ambiguity, uncertainty and complexity.
