This role is at the heart of our marketing campaigns for the games we publish. You will be expected to work closely with a pool of incredibly talented disciplines including Community, Events, PR and more to ensure that you create bespoke boutique-style marketing campaigns on a global level. You will work equally close to the inhouse producers and the developers of the games we publish to get the best understanding of the needs of each game. The main responsibility of this role is to develop the brand marketing strategy, including tone of voice and key brand pillars, while gaining alignment with all stakeholders. Every brand manager at Raw Fury works on a few different titles, so the teams can vary and be distributed in a European or US time zone. Flexibility is therefore both a benefit and a requirement. This role is a fixed term contract for 1 year, as parental leave cover with target starting month being August. Earlier ramp-up possible.

Responsibilities:

Game Marketing

  • Develop the brand marketing strategy, including tone of voice and key brand pillars, while gaining alignment with all stakeholders.
  • Oversee the development of each title's brand identity and key materials (assets such as trailers etc.), working with our internal creatives and/or external agencies to ensure consistency across the campaign.
  • Create and manage timelines for campaigns and align with stakeholders.
  • Co-create and execute marketing activities, and campaign beats with PR, Community and Performance while ensuring that the campaign is delivered on time and to budget.
  • Take ownership and management of the overall marketing budget for the games you support

Company Marketing

  • Support with planning and execution of company brand activities and initiatives.
  • Be a brand ambassador for Raw Fury and a light that helps keep wider company materials consistent.

Requirements:

  • 5+ Years in the Games Industry, preferably in a role that has the word Marketing or Brand in it and with at least a few shipped games under your belt.
  • You know how to outline a marketing plan that encompasses a high-level strategy towards success, as well as detailed actions in order to achieve it. And you execute on those details with your own hands.
  • Keeping information organised and people in the project informed is the way you work.
  • Copywriting is a second language. You are comfortable at organizing words in a way that makes players frantically throw hype (and the occasional wallet) at their screens.
  • You know how to change focus from one game to another while still being able to prioritise workload and manage time and tasks according to mapped out objectives.
