Roboyo is currently in search of two dynamic and experienced Marketing Managers to spearhead our global marketing endeavors with a regional focus on Europe and USA. In these roles, you will take charge of developing and implementing strategic marketing initiatives aimed at boosting brand recognition, generating leads, and retaining existing customers.

Within this role your key responsibilities will include:

· Develop and execute comprehensive regional marketing plans aligned with global business and marketing objectives.

· Oversee and contribute to the creation of compelling content across various channels, including digital, social media, email, and PR.

· Nurture relationships with Roboyo's technology partners and spearhead collaborative marketing campaigns and initiatives in-region.

· Drive lead generation activities through targeted campaigns and initiatives, ensuring seamless alignment with in-country sales teams.

· Collaborate with regional leadership to ensure alignment and integration of marketing efforts.

· Analyze marketing performance metrics and provide actionable insights to optimize campaigns and strategies.

· Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to identify opportunities for innovation and growth.

Requirements

Experience and skills you'll need to do this role:

  • Native English speaker - Excellent English language skills, both written and verbal.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 10yrs proven experience in a marketing role, preferably in the technology or automation industry.
  • Demonstrated track record of developing and implementing successful marketing strategies.
  • Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools e.g. Salesforce CRM, GA4.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Project Management Expertise: Demonstrated ability to efficiently oversee numerous marketing initiatives, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgetary constraints, and alignment with overarching business objectives.
  • SEO and SEM Expertise: Knowledge of SEO and search engine marketing best practices to enhance Roboyo's online visibility and drive qualified traffic to our digital assets.
  • Customer Experience Focus: Understanding of customer journey mapping to create seamless and engaging interactions across all marketing touchpoints.
  • Languages: While English is our primary business language, fluency in additional languages such as French, German, and/or Spanish is an asset that will set you apart.
