Ditt uppdrag hos oss

Som Account Executive hos oss kommer du mätas på budgetuppfyllnad och antal nya kunder som du drar in till bolaget. Du ansvarar för hela säljprocessen och bygger pipeline självständigt. I vardagen kommer du att identifiera och kontakta snabbväxande B2B-företag i Sverige, boka möten, hålla businesscase och skriva avtal. Du har ett nära samarbete med onboarding- och customer success-teamen som ser till att dina kunder får maximalt värde av våra produkter och tjänster.

För att lyckas i rollen är det viktigt att du utnyttjar din passion för affärer, hanterar hela försäljningsprocessen från start till mål, levererar nya affärer (ARR) och skapar starka relationer med dina kunder. Du arbetar ständigt nära försäljningsledning och marknadsteam för att hitta nya sätt att attrahera kunder. Givetvis har du ditt fantastiska team av kollegor runt omkring dig som du växer och utvecklas med på daglig basis. I säljteamet har vi en "office first" policy, vilket innebär att du huvudsakligen kommer arbeta från vårt moderna och centralt belägna kontor på Vasagatan 16 när du inte är ute hos kund.

Du är en person som strävar mot att överträffa dina mål och förväntningar, men är också grymt bra på att hantera motgångar. Om du dessutom är personen som aldrig ger upp utan hittar lösningar när andra ser hinder, är du sannolikt rätt person för oss. Utöver att du håller en hög aktivitetsnivå, tror vi också att du:

  • Är handlingskraftig, självstyrande och ambitiös
  • Har minst 5 års dokumenterad erfarenhet av komplex B2B-försäljning och en utpräglad förmåga att framgångsrikt nå budgetmål
  • Tycker om att söka upp, bygga och avsluta nya affärer från grunden
  • Har en utmärkt kommunikationsförmåga på svenska och engelska
