The Norwegian market is one of our newly launched markets, and our mission is to turn entrepreneurs' visions into reality by offering simple, accessible, and affordable financial solutions.
The team is expanding and in the role of Customer Success Rep, your primary responsibility will be to ensure that our customers receive the best service possible. Our Country Manager Kristina will be your closest manager and you'll also collaborate closely with our amazing customer success teams, here at the Stockholm office.

Main responsibilities involve:

  • Handling customer's requests regarding their business loan applications
  • Underwriting and tailoring loan offers to the business's needs
  • Develop a healthy customer lifecycle by offering personal service and a suitable business repayment plan
  • Grow and learn a lot, and have fun while doing it

  • Contribute to process improvements that benefit the customers, which indicates a solution-oriented mindset
  • The ability to build trust and understand the customers' needs, and meet them at eye level
  • Self-motivated: the ability to work well independently
  • Fluent in English and Swedish and/or Norwegian

What will make you stand out from the rest:

  • Fluent Norwegian is not mandatory, but an understanding of the language or having previously worked with Norwegian customers is an advantage.
  • Experience with economics is considered beneficial but not a requirement
