We offer you a holistic project manager role where you will lead exciting and sometimes challenging development of new high-end construction products all the way from idea to launching.


You will be part of a great team located at the Husqvarna Construction headquarter in Jonsered, just outside of Gothenburg.

The position is within our product category 'Concrete Sawing and Drilling' with focus on cutting, sawing and drilling machines for use in construction business.


The projects are mainly cross-functional product development projects, where you are managing several stakeholders within the organization, for example R&D, test/lab, product management and other functions.

About the role:
You will be responsible for the project deliverables regarding time, cost and quality with a clear end customer focus.

Key responsibilities:

  • Lead exiting product development projects from idea to launch on the market
  • Mentor junior project managers, driving their professional development.
  • Implement project management best practices, from a senior leadership view
  • Identify process improvement opportunities, utilizing your strategic insights
  • Contribute significantly to the development of the PMO
