About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Sales to lead and grow our sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans, driving revenue growth, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets. This role requires a strong leader with a proven track record in sales management and a deep understanding of the contracting and freelance market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to inform sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop and execute go-to-market strategies.
  • Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Head of Sales or in a senior sales leadership role.
  • Strong background in the contracting and freelance industry.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and data to drive informed decision-making.
  • Results-oriented with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
