Role overview:

We are looking for an experienced Chief Operating Officer (COO). In this key leadership role, the Nordic Chief Operating Officer (COO) will report to the Nordic CEO and collaborate closely with the Nordic Management Team and Business Leaders to develop and implement strategic initiatives that drive business growth and operational efficiency. They will lead efforts to optimize workflows, processes, and enhance resource utilization to maximize profitability. The Chief Operating Officer will drive a culture of continuous improvement, fostering innovation and implementing best practices to enhance operational effectiveness and overall business success.

The role will involve continuously building and leading high-performing teams, providing guidance and mentorship to drive employee engagement and retention. You will also work closely with the CFO Nordics to drive financial performance and identify revenue growth opportunities. Additionally, the Chief Operating Officer (COO) will leverage our industry expertise to identify market trends, assess competitive landscapes, and capitalize on growth opportunities. Furthermore, the role will spearhead initiatives to expand market reach and enhance customer engagement, driving overall business success and sustainable growth.

The position is based in Stockholm but will work across the Nordics, with responsibility for Sweden, Norway and Finland, also working closely with our Danish colleagues

What you bring:

  • Min. bachelor's degree in business or related field
  • A positive attitude and lots energy
  • Proven experience in a senior-level operations role preferably within consulting, investment banking, capital markets and/or the real estate industry
  • Ability to motivate and negotiate effectively
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Effective and persuasive presentation ability to employees, clients, management and/or public groups
  • Strong communication, organizational, and multi-tasking skills
  • Knowledge about he real estate and financial industry is preferred
  • Familiarity with technology solutions for operational enhancement
  • Fluent in English and Swedish
