Your mission...

You will manage and lead the Omni Field team in Sweden, giving clear targets and priorities on brands, doors, and categories. You are the link to Retailers field organization and ensure the information flow from B&M to internal L'Oréal Luxe functions. You are the expert in how to motivate a team, long and short term, and together with the sales team you ensure being the preferred supplier towards the Retailer with the highest level of service and expertise, support, and eventing. You will work hand in hand with the Nordic Retail Unit manager, Retail Product managers and the rest of the channel team to execute outstanding initiatives and drive the success of the brands in the B&M Omni channel on the Swedish market.

You will...

  • Drive sell out B&M Omni together with sales team with clear priorities
  • Be the voice of Omni B&M locally towards other internal functions (KAM/RBM/logistics)
  • Weekly visit KICKS doors to collaborate with team, network with Retailer and get insight of competition
  • Set priorities of districts/POS/brand/category to Field
  • Be responsible for bonus per district, follow up 1-1 and calculations yearly scorecard aligned with trend/budget
  • Secure info flow from RBM/KAM/other functions to field and feed Office functions with info from field
  • Hold weekly meetings sales team, secure to raise actual topics, update on trade activities, invite other functions
  • Manage Teams groups to secure relevant info flow (link to RBM, KAM, logistics, merch)
  • Organize sales conferences with relevant agendas, team activities, secure file rouge according to strategy/challenges
  • Collaborate with Retail Education to secure training to team (brands/categories)
  • Connect with key stakeholder Retailer field organization
  • Negotiate on Retailer collaborations in store (KICKS Treats, Flagship events, sales competitions), align internally with RBM/KAM

  • Flexible and adaptable, you can be strategic but also get into details
  • Having strong analytical skills and can quickly identify challenges and opportunities
  • Y ou are fact based, analytical and have problem solving skills
  • Having a relevant educational background and +2 years of experience from a comparable job
  • Having great communication skills and enjoy building strong relations to various stakeholders - external as well as internal
  • Having an effective, structured, and hands-on approach, with close attention to details
  • Proactive and can work independently
  • Having knowledge of how-to follow-up and follow-through
  • Fluent in Swedish and in English

We are looking for our Retail Sales manager to start 1st of April 2024. The employment is fixed term for 13 months.
