Short description of the job and the team

We're seeking a passionate Sales Coach to join our vibrant retail environment and help us achieve new heights of success. You'll be a key player in our expanding retail crew spanning across 41 stores in EMEA. Directly reporting to the VP of Retail, you'll have a chance to shape this brand-new role, bringing your own skills and ideas to the table. You will lead and mentor our retail team to elevate sales performance and deliver outstanding customer service. The position is based at Peak Performance HQ in Stockholm.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Coach and mentor sales associates to enhance their product knowledge, selling skills, and customer interaction.
  • Conduct regular training sessions to ensure the team is well-equipped in product offerings, sales techniques, and customer service best practices.
  • Assess individual and team performance with a data-driven approach, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to enhance sales effectiveness, using both qualitative and quantitative data.
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager to develop and implement sales strategies, promotional activities, and incentive programs.
  • Emphasize and uphold high standards of customer service, ensuring that the team creates positive and memorable shopping experiences.
  • Provide guidance on maintaining visual merchandising standards and optimizing product displays for maximum impact.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with store teams, providing continuous support, mentorship, and guidance, while fostering a collaborative sales culture.

Job Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a retail sales role, with a focus on leadership.
  • Ability to lead, motivate, and inspire a sales team towards success.
  • Strong understanding of retail sales strategies and techniques.
  • Experience in designing and delivering effective training programs.
  • Previous experience in coaching or training is preferred.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and performance metrics.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and related program software.
